Our Workshops

Are you interested in a fun and rewarding chocolate workshop, hosted in a unique location in the Galilee? Chocola offers an experience you’ll never forget: a 3.5 hours long workshop, in which you’ll learn the skills and techniques required for making various kinds of chocolate candies. This workshop is taught by an award-winning chocolatier Irit Ishai, and is a serious yet entertaining introduction into the world of chocolate-making. Per your preference the workshop can be taught in English or Hebrew.

Nestled in the splendor of Israel’s Western Galilee, Chocola specializes in extraordinary creations of culinary art, including uniquely delicious and visually stunning chocolate candies and desserts. All products are made by hand, based on exceptional and creative recipes, using top quality ingredients.

 

Chocola is led by award winning pastry chef Irit Ishai, who has 25 years of international experience under het belt. Among other career achievements she was head pastry chef for Manresa Restaurant in Los Gatos California (3 Michelin stars), where she collaborated with Iron Chef winner David Kinch. She also founded and managed Sugar Butter Flour, a leading European-style bakery in the Silicon Valley. Irit specialized in chocolate making while working for Pascal Janvier, who was named one of the top 10 pastry chefs in America by Chocolatier Magazine.
